We are based at Trinity Street Surgery, 1 Trinity Street (off Unthank Road), Norwich, and counsellors are available both during and out of surgery hours.

Unfortunately no car parking is available for clients, but there are several two-hour parking spaces in the roads nearby.

Surgery hours (Monday to Friday) are:

Mornings: 8.30am to 1.00pm
Afternoons: 2.00pm to 6.00pm except Thursday

If your appointment is during these hours, please enter the building and wait in the waiting room until your counsellor collects you.

If your appointment is outside surgery hours, the surgery door will be locked. You are asked to arrive at the time of your appointment and to ring the Off The Record doorbell, situated on the left of the main surgery door.
